January 4, 2021—The global education network, Planet Classroom, launches today.
Materials for the Arts (MFTA) is proud to be a part of Planet Classroom, a global network on YouTube created by youth and for youth. During its first 6-month Season the Planet Classroom is presenting a global show highlighting powerful stories that are by youth and for youth artists, creators and curators.
Planet Classroom creators and curators focus on celebrating global oneness by showcasing powerful video storytelling, cultural workshops and social impact innovations combined with interactive discussion on global challenges featuring voices from around the world. The network seeks to provide opportunities and innovations that inspire communities to heal, flourish and learn from their global peers.
Creative reuse is a powerful tool that uplifts and empowers communities through art. Reuse projects with MFTA’s Education Center will be featured on Planet Classroom’s YouTube channel.
