In order to shop at the MFTA Warehouse, you must become an MFTA Member. Here’s how:

APPLY
Complete online application to become a member.
More than 93% of DOE schools have MFTA accounts. Check to see if your school has one.
02.
APPLICATION REVIEW
MFTA will review your application and submitted documents. If your program fits within our requirements, we will approve your membership.
We receive a high volume of member applications. Please be advised that our application review process can take a few weeks to complete.
03.
SCHEDULE AN ORIENTATION
All new Members are required to attend orientation within three months of acceptance. Click here to register.
Orientations take place the first Monday of every month.
NOTE: Individual artists may not become MFTA Members for their own personal work. They must be working on a public art project and be sponsored by a member organization or have fiscal sponsorship from a 501c3 organization such as Fractured Atlas or NYFA.
MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS
All MFTA Members must operate within the five boroughs of New York City and fall within one of these categories:
- NYC Department of Education public schools
- Nonprofit organization
- Sponsored artist project
- City / state / federal agency
