Curbside Pickup Appointments for Summer 2020 Enrolled Participants

Your health and safety is our top priority.
In response to COVID-19, MFTA’s professional development courses have created socially distant material curbside pickup appointments called “Grab and Go”. These materials are necessary for you to complete your course. Fill out the form below to schedule a pick up appointment to collect the materials related to your MFTA Summer Courses.
Please read the Appointment Instructions carefully:
- You are limited to ONE appointment per participant.
- Double check your chosen date and time before clicking RSVP.
- Each class will supply between a box and a tote bag filled with materials. If you are enrolled in multiple classes make preparations to collect all your materials at once.
On the day of your scheduled appointment:
Location: Please arrive at our Loading Dock, located in the building 3300 Northern Boulevard, Long Island City, NY 11101. . It is located half way down the block, next to the restaurant Via Caramico, and where 34th Street dead ends into Northern Boulevard.
Curbside Pickup: Materials will be pre-organized into boxes and tote bags inside the loading dock. If you are taking multiple courses, you will be required to pick up all materials, so please anticipate your transportation needs.
Transportation: If you are arriving by train, please walk from the nearest R, M, N, W trains to our loading dock, where you will be able to pick up your items. If you are arriving via car, you will be able to cue your car next to the loading dock entrance, and easily load the materials into your car.
