COVID-19/Coronavirus Survey

In partnership with Americans for the Arts, the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs released a survey designed to collect information about the financial and human impacts that the spread of the Coronavirus has had on arts and cultural organizations.

The goal is to better understand the damage that COVID-19 and the associated shutdowns, closures, cancellations, and other losses are causing for the cultural organizations that are so critical to New York City’s economy and social wellbeing. The data will help to shape and inform any future advocacy and relief efforts. We ask that you complete this survey by Friday, May 8.

Please take a moment to complete the survey on nonprofit organizations and/or individual projects. The surveys take just a few minutes to submit.

Complete the survey for organizations (nonprofit, for-profit, and/or government) >

Complete the survey for individuals (artist/creative worker/teaching artist, and/or a creative entrepreneur) >
