Credits: 3 P-Credit/45 CTLE hours*
Fee: $240 (MFTA*)+ $125 (ASPDP)
Course Description: This course is designed for teachers to integrate music into the classroom through fun and simple techniques. Build instruments from upcycled materials, drawing on the abundance of the MFTA warehouse, and design projects to make your classroom more musical!
*Note: We are excited to announce that we have scholarship funding to waive the MFTA fee for 10 participants. To be eligible, you must be a NYC Public Schools teacher at a Title 1 school, or high ENI school. This opportunity is first-come, first-served. To apply for a scholarship, please submit this form.
Registration Instructions: If you are taking this course for P-Credits/+30 Credits, you will need to register on both the MFTA and the ASPDP website. Once you register on MFTA, you will receive instructions for registering on ASPDP.
